Fearless pun berhasil merajai tangga Billboard Country Album selama 35 minggu, termasuk minggu ini.
Perilisan Platinum Edition dari album keduanya, Fearless, membuat album tersebut angka penjualannya kembali meroket, dan kembali mengantarkan Fearless ke posisi Top 10 dalam Billboard 200. Juga, setelah merilis penyempurnaan dari albumnya tersebut, Swift mendapatkan 6 lagu baru yang masuk kedalam Top 30 di Billboard Hot 100, dengan dua lagu yang sebelumnya sudah berada disana (You Belong With Me dan Fifteen) serta duet Two Is Better Than One bersama Boys Like Girls, Swift berhasil menjadi aktris wanita dengan lagu yang baru masuk terbanyak, dengan total sembilan lagu, menghancurkan rekornya sendiri dan Miley Cyrus dengan 7 lagu.
